Brett Lightner, a 36-year industry veteran with expertise in many areas of real estate financing including: Residential and commercial mortgages, construction loans, private financing for complex deals, housing development and intricate structuring of complex transactions. Throughout his career, Brett has represented a wide range of clientele, including developers, portfolio managers, celebrities and many first-time home buyers.

Brett enjoys teaching financial literacy, especially to first time buyers and young adults, he believes you can build wealth on any income using discipline and the right tools.

His distinguished clientele also extends to professionals within esteemed institutions such as the FBI, UCLA, USC, LAPD, LAFD, City of LA, SNAP, Meta, Google, Sony and Paramount Studios. In total, Brett has overseen over $2.7B of real estate transactions.

Brett is a graduate of CSUN with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of several industry groups.
